1. 执行分配的任务满足会议组织对产品质量、进度和流程的期望。
2. 对于可能产生的复杂问题提出解决方案,尤其需要创造力和创新。
3. 确定人员与设备对于生产速率和生产能力的必要性。
4. 执行各种系统从而提高了工作效率提高人员、材料和设备的综合性能。
5. 评估设施的空间和容量来确定使用率并推荐任何有必要的调整。
6. 准备详细的技术工作指令包括制造材料清单。
7. 评估影响的工程变更,通知计划实施 同时保持和记录配置。
8. 研究持续改进通过运用六西格玛 精益生产5 S和其他相关工业工程的概念。
任职要求:
1. 工程类本科及以上(航空,机械,电气工程相关专业优先)。
2. 至少2年生产制造型企业工作经验
3. 英语良好,团队成员简单交流,工作上的汇报。
4. 对于工业工程和生产原理、理论、技术和概念都有基本的理解。
5. 有制造业背景优先。
