职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. The Legal Manager will work closely with the General Counsel China on a wide range of
day-to-day legal issues, typically including reviewing and negotiation a range of contracts,
taking care of corporate matters, development, maintenance and updating of legal systems and
records and other assignments from the General Counsel China.
Job Requirements:
1, PRC qualified lawyer achieving LLB degree or above degree from a recognized law school;
2, Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in a good reputable law firm and/or legal
department of a corporation in the relevant industry;
3, Fluent in English in both spoken and written;
4, a team player with effective written and oral communication skills;
5, self-motivated, hard working with problem solving skills and attention to detail;
6, Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
7, A second foreign language (Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese or German in particular) is preferred, but not a must.
