Job Description- Industrial Engineering Leader—合资垄断企业（浦东）
汇报对象：工程部经理（老外）
职位目标
指导团队创建，开发与执行支持所有制造工艺同时最大化使用效率的体系。积极应用工业工程原则以确保生产制造遵循客户的要求与规格。与工程，质量，操作部门和供应商合作解决生产难题。
责任与活动
1. 指导工业工程团队的日常活动以确保达成部门目标；
2. 负责项目计划跟进表的，向管理层汇报项目进展与项目指示；
3. 完成分配到的任务，以达到组织期望的与质量要求，日程计划表以及程序的一致性；
4. 需具备独创性与革新性，以制定应对繁复难题的解决方案；
5. 确定为达成生产率与生产能力所必需的员工与设施；
6. 实施通过促进整合人力，材料，与设施来提高生产力的体系；
7. 评估设备使用空间及容量以决定使用率，如有必要可调节设备的尺寸；
8. 监察技术的详细指导说明，包括制造材料单；
9. 评估工程更改通知，规划实施的同时维护与记录其配置；
10. 研究通过应用六西格玛，精益生产，5S 等其他相关工业工程管理理念来实现公司的持续改善。
本职位所要求的技能及经历
1. 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 / 电气 / 机械 / 航空），或等同工程专业学位（大专亦可考虑）；
2. 五年以上工程类工作经验，三年的管理经验 (电气线束领域经验更佳)；
3. 流利的英语口语与书写能力；
4. 有新工厂规划、设计会优先考虑；
5. 优秀的书面与口头交流能力，巧妙的人际交流技巧，注重细节，有能力与各级别管理层的同事举行会议并表做陈述。
