职位描述
Report to: Engineering Manager （French）
职位目标:
与外部与内部客户就开发维护线束的细节，安装及装配进行沟通协作. 创建2D与3D线束安装设计，并把变更融入进设计规划中. 此职位为工程方面的基础级别，须在经验丰富工程师的指导下进行工作.
本职位的主要责任以及职能:
1.过3D线束安装模型，线束装配模型与2D装配板的图纸起草工作，开发与维护线束实际的设计与安装
2.为分析与设计评审提供支持
3.分配下属任务，使完成与组织期望的质量、时间表及工艺的一致性
4.把项目技术要求应用到设计工作要求，工艺与任务中去
5.为工艺，方法，工具的开发提供支持，助力设计工艺
6.沟通和/或实施设计解决方案
7.调查与解决设计问题
8.运用独创性与创新性开发复杂问题的解决方案
9.按照质量标准，确保分配到的任务被按时完成
本职位所要求的技能及经历 :
1.电气，机械或航空工程相关领域学士学位或同等学历（大专亦可考虑）
2.良好的英文口语及书面表达能力
3.配置管理经验
4.能够理解技术数据
5.能够运用问题解决方法论解决设计问题
