PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Assist Head of Portfolio Management
?reporting asset performance to fund investors, Group HQ and shareholders
?develop strategies to maximize returns on assets
?monitor and manage asset performance by working with local asset operations/service teams
?work with asset enhancement, improvements, development issues
?support investment teams on due diligence, investment considerations
Education
?Investment, Finance and/or Business Administration
?Tertiary educated and industry specific qualifications
?Good English results – written and spoken
Job related experience
?At least 10 years of relevant working experience in real estate with track record of managing a sizeable portfolio
?Experience with managing industrial, business parks, office and/or retail assets
?Experience in marketing, lease management, property management or asset management
Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
?Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
?Frequent travel within the region required
?Good reporting and presentational skills
Personal Attributes
The incumbent must
?Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
?Motivated, independent worker with strong people management skills
