According to the development plan and the food safety policies of the group, searches candidates to control and follow up the quality performance of the suppliers of the raw materials in each of its industrial branches all over the world.

In accordance with the sourcing needs, the context of worldwide raw materials leads to the consideration of the tracing of the local suppliers not only for the local plants, but also for the other plants of the group.

1-2.1The title

The Raw Material Quality Assurance Manager is directed by commercial director, or the buyer of the local entity, and supervised by the director of the purchasing sector

1-2.2The main missions and responsibilities

The Material Quality Assurance Manager will be in charge of the missions as followed:
?The qualification of the suppliers and the homologation of the raw materials
?The following up of the application of the specifications and the techniques files of the premier materials
?The audits of the qualified suppliers’ plants according to a specific calendar
?Keeping on undated the list of validated suppliers
? Making out the conformity indicators of the suppliers and of the raw materials
?Making out and following up the execution of the corrective and preventive actions plan
?The identification of the legal rules and the regulations concerning the raw materials
?Making sure of and following up the application of the “10 purchasing rules”
?Working tightly with the local buyer and also with the central purchasing team of group

In the specific condition of China, in case of raw material export:
?Guarantee the analysis before the departure of the products for export, and liberate the lot according to the result.

1-3The profile of the candidate
1-3.1Academic qualification
Food Engineer or equivalent (master)

1-3.2Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in the domains of purchasing, research and development, or quality assurance.
Experience of the project management, the following and applications of action plan with the suppliers.

1-3.3The languages
The official language of the country concerned as the mother language
The mastery of English is obligatory
The knowledge of French will be preferred.

1-3.4The requirement of personal qualities
Careful and precise
The ability of the integration and team working
Good inter personal communication

1-4Contractual conditions
The contract is signed up with the local branch company
The conditions and advantages to be discussed
A training and an integration in the headquarter at least 3 months is scheduled
