Company Background: Health Nutrition results in the development of ever more precise foods that meet the specific nutritional requirements of dogs and cats
REPORTS TO: National Sales Director
PURPOSE:
Consistently to review and to maintain the performance of route to market model
Strategically to review and to implement continue development of sales support system to align with regional sales operations team
Lead the development and implementation of projects to continuously improve sales efficiency and sales capabilities
Develop tools and monitoring market information
Secure compliance of sales operation and sales execution
Coordinate, maintain and to support business review and its follow up actions
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Route to market strategy and plan
Channel strategy and implementation
Sales legal related issue and anti-fake products
Sales projects to improve sales efficiency
Sales information system management and upgrading
Market intelligence
Other strategic sales projects
NATURE AND SCOPE
Strong strategic thinking ability, good planning, drive for on time quality completion of sales project
Experience on team development and building cohesive team organization
Strong influencing skills, negotiating power, people management
Route to market strategy and development
Professional skills and integrity
with at least 5 business leadership experience
Strong business acumen
Fluent level of English in oral, read and write
