Job Responsibilities :
?Conceptualize, formulate and implement marketing strategies and plans.
?Assess market opportunities in different sectors, and analyze industry reports.
?Source for international and fast-growing domestic clients in target industries.
?Engage prospects to understand their immediate and medium-term space needs, and prepare contact report after each meeting. Bridge clients to respective projects, including new build-to-suit projects.
?Engage in contract and sales negotiations.
?Manage key-accounts and cross-border referrals. Service customers by providing integrated customer solutions.

Pre-requisites:
?Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Estate Management
?Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
?Highly motivated, independent team player
