Responsibilities:
Fully in charge of the business supporting issue for Sales Team and control the business process to match the customer requirement.
Demand planning and forecast report to HQ.
Monthly, Quarterly sales reporting and forecasting, monthly sales update for sales team, service team and product management team.
Follow up monthly sales result.
Price monitor: Invoice VS Profit analysis.
T/P list maintenance.
Customer credit review.
Inventory delivery schedule tracking with Plant.
Obsolete stock management.
Operative marketing-seminar/show support, customer visit.
Requirements:
University graduate with related to economics and international trade.
8 years relative working experience in similar position.
Background in multinational machinery or mechanical company will be a plus.
Business process controlling at logistic, inventory management.
Excellent communication skills, warm, positive attitude.
Good personnel characteristics and team player.
Bi-lingual in Chinese and English both in written and oral.
Service mindset, delivery focus and logical thinking.
