职位描述
Report to: National Business Partner P&O Manager
PURPOSE:
The position is responsible to provide HR solutions which will support and impact on business objective in region.
Business Partner:
Contributes to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development and representing the people and organization dimension in the regional management team
Drives the development of effective high performing business leadership teams
Consults and coaches business leaders on employee issues and sustainability
Leads employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business
Facilitates effective local employee/labour relations and manages local society impact
Change Management:
Supports the implementation of change management processes in the business as well as leading major HR change initiatives
Background Experience, Qualifications & Functional Competence Required:
University degree, preferably major in Science and Mathematics, and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Chinese labor law;
Total 6-8 years with 3-4 years s in HR business partner role;
Must interest in business nature;
working in a multi-cultural environment; must have hands on China experience; global experience will be asset;
Excellent English and Mandarin required for communication purpose
