职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Learning Plan and Implementation
?Assist to refine Learning policy and process. Guide local HRA to follow the same processes and help them improve Learning effectiveness.
?Assist to analyse and identify the learning and development needs of the organization and employees and develop an overall learning plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organization.
?Assist to develop, deliver and evaluate learning programmes and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the organization’s current and future requirements.
?Liaise with functional or operational managers to develop and implement learning and development plan that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall strategy.
?Select and manage ongoing relationship with, external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
?Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in learning and education in industry so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.
?Responsible for learning results evaluation. Evaluate the results and effectiveness of learning by using different approaches, and improves the learning effectiveness accordingly.
?Conduct research on learning expenses to prepare and control overall learning and development budgets. Uses the learning funds appropriately and keeps the cost within the budget.
?Responsible for evaluating learning effectiveness, including learning plan, learning course, cost utilization, etc. Monitor and make sure each dept and entity to achieve the learning target.
2. Induction Programme
?Review and improve induction programme on a regular basis, including the process, presentation documents, staff’s feedback, effectiveness, etc, to make sure all the new staff attend it and get the good effectiveness.
?Guide and monitor local HR to make sure they follow the same process and effectiveness.
3. Employee Relationship
?Work together with HODs, GMs to enhance the communication, trust, relationship between the staff and management.
?Base on the budget to arrange and organize staff activities to improve staff moral and team sprit. Achieve good feedback from the management and staff for each activity.
4. HRIS and Report
?Responsible for HRIS data maintenance, guide local HRA follow the same processes use the system.
?Documentation management: set up a clear documentation management system to make sure all the information related to the assigned job kept correct and in line with the internal requirements.
?Make sure the report is in line with the schedule and the data is correct.
5. Team cooperation
?Support the other HRA colleagues’ work, including guiding local HRA, providing suggestion and feedback to the other teams’ works to improve HRA dept’s work quality and efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education
Bachelor Degree or professional HR educated
Job related experience
More than 6 years related experience in MNC
Knowledge
?Knowledge of HR function
?Working knowledge of computers and PC software
Skills
?With a good sense of training
?Ability to work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals in variety of situations and be an effective team-player.
?Mature, sound judgment and good analytical and communication skills
?Excellent written and oral skills both in English and Mandarin
?Good problem solving skills
?Telephone, email communication skills
