职位描述
Location: 嘉定
Responsibilities:
Assist the Product Engineer Manager to support customers with focus on product performance, cost, and quality
Under the direction of the Product Engineer Manager, ensure that Engine specifications/configurations meet customer vehicle requirements
Coordinate the engine prototype development plan and vehicle testing plans
Track field failures and support the solution development
Provide technical support for spare engine parts and drawings
Create and maintain open communication and teamwork to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Support continuous product improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engine & Mechanical Engineering
2 years of product engineering experience in Automotive Market (preferable OEMs, Tier 1 Supplier, Diesel Engine)
Internship experience will be considered
Project Management and Organization skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues successfully and negotiate appropriate actions
Capable of dealing with sensitive matters in a professional and confidential way
Ability to travel up to 20-33% of the working time to support the above defined activities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
CAD experience as a plus
Knowledge of Italian language as a plus
