REPORTS TO: Sales Director
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Being the absolute entrepreneur of the assigned territory to develop business with company customers in 3 pillars. (pet store owners, pet clinic owners and breeders)
Being responsible for covering, distributing products and services to existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory with target annual NSV 20,000,000 to 50,000,000.
Achieving target NSV and related KPIs of assigned territory by leading and managing the frontline sales force.
Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationship with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
Making annual plan with customers to achieve and exceed annual sales target.
Holding regular business review with the sales team on at least a weekly basis. Taking immediate actions in response to the changing business environment and deviations in the execution.
Training and coaching the new sales associate by following Sales On-Job-Training guidance.
Checking and approving sales team’s weekly visit plan and make in-person shadowing visit to coach the SR to make sure the effective execution.
Making and review Individual Development Plan of the subordinates and providing training, coaching and motivating by following situational leadership coaching skill.
Making Joint Business Plan and reviewing with A, B clients at least on a monthly basis and taking immediate actions to boost sales performance.
Cooperating with Regional Sales Operation and S&C to organize marketing events of new customer recruitment and customer education activities such as seminars, trade shows, and compound samplings, etc…
Analyzing the territory’s potential and developing prospective customers to meet the target of store coverage rate, distribution rate and active store rate.
Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints by cooperating with related departments (Customer Service, logistics, etc…)
Communicating competitor’s activities, service opportunities, special developments, information of Cuanhuo, or customer’s feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Training and coaching the sales team to adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes in field activity.
Following up for collection of payment and ensuring DSO is within target.
Maintaining the freshness product in the stores and implementing special sales activities to reduce stock.
Regularly attending company business review meetings, product knowledge training and briefings.
Cooperating with supporting functions by leveraging expertise and the relevant resources to help boosting sales performance.
