职位描述
Location: 漕河泾
Responsibilities:
Organize, prepare and deliver both theoretical & hands on training for IAM workshop customers upon request from local TRW sales managers and distributors
Support developing distributor technical teams & their competence for better service to the workshop customer
Through technical training activities, a strong relationship is built between Product Engineering and workshop customers. This enhances Brand image and competitiveness
Respond, communicate & advise the workshop customer to solve practical vehicle issues they encounter while using replacement products
Feedback to product and marketing product information. This includes product quality concerns, warranty complaints, product catalogue issues and marketing communications effectiveness
Report field training opportunities (e.g. customer needs…) & suggest improvements to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness
Arrange technical conferences, seminars and support sales & marketing activities according to the business plan
Present new company products to the market & feedback the market response
Draft the tech documents for training use and company newsletter use
Coordinate warranty handling (TBC)
Frequent travel is required in assigned region
Estimated 150+ days training per year
Requirements:
College degree or vocational school in automotive service & repair
Self-driving and proven organizational ability Technical background and excellent presentation skills
Pro-active
At least 3~4 years of experience in workshop. Proven hands on skills at workshop level with all products
Good presentation & verbal communication skills
Teamwork spirit a must
