职位描述
Report to: Corporate Affair Director
Subordinates: 2 Staffs
Job Purpose:
This position provides regulatory support to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Corporate Affairs in China. Provide regulatory approval for packaging and advertising materials, and ensuring appropriate translation of and support for all claims. Provide concise direction to the business on the use and appropriateness of claims. Represent China within the regional intellectual properties team to provide support to the Innovation team.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Approve Product formulas & labelling to ensure products are in regulatory compliance in China
2.Register licenses for imported products and renew them on time.
3.Provide regulatory support on the products exported to other countries.
4.Proactively identify industry regulation trends, remove regulatory barriers to business & involve in amending & formulating relevant regulations.
5.Provide regulatory guideline to manufacturing, supply chain and commercial operations on product quality and safety.
6.Provide support to influence creation of new pet food related regulation to achieve a regulatory environment that gives us the freedom to innovate. Actively participate in development of any new regulations which may have a direct impact on the business.
7.Provide support to Marketing in development of packaging, advertising materials and brand communication activities.
8.Develop professional relationship with target government bodies and trade associations
9.Lead the regulatory affairs team and build up a capable team to support the business.
Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:
1.Bachelor Degree in Laws, Science, Food Science or other related degree.
2.At least 10 years relevant working experience on regulatory affairs in MNCs, FMCG experience is preferred.
3.Tracked record on regulatory affairs with solid network and relationship with government and trade association, especially with AIC, AQSIQ and Ministry of Agriculture.
4.Excellent Communication Skills, Fluent Oral and Written English
5.Strong multi-task project management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate, with a great degree of flexibility. High level of attention to detail required.
6.Must be able to work autonomously, requiring supervision.
7.Ability to build networks and influence others
