Reports to: National Sales Director
Location: Shanghai
Job Description
-Work with Regional Sales Management teams to understand market opportunities and sales team requirements to drive the sales management related competencies.
-Develop the sales training strategies for sales force.
-Support and work with Pillar leaders to develop related strategies and plans to improve pillar teams sales capabilities
-Work with Pillar leaders and S&C team to transfer knowledge to sales teams and external customers
-Establish specific sales competency model in compliance with global framework.-
-Set up Sales College and Distributor Institute.
-Develop new sales associate orientation programs and ensure delivery to new staffs within three months after onboard
-Work with P&O, front line team to implement Sales Manager Trainee and Sales Intern programs
-Measure the effectiveness of the training through the sales performance.
-Develop and implement field sales execution calibrating system to ensure the executional excellence.
-Be responsible for successful deployment of global process to improve sales competency and selling capability of internal sales teams, distributor sales staff, retail sales staff to support overall sales strategy.
-Support P&O to deploy sales organization development programs, which includes organization optimization, sales efficiency improvement, recruitment, induction, up-skilling, recognizing and talent retention
-Develop and manage the trainer force solution to ensure capability-building initiatives delivered
-Share best practices amongst markets in region
-Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of global standard practices
-Develop Sales incentive and recognition programs.
Requirements:
?Adopt to vet culture and its infrastructure experience
?Excellent influencing and training skills, ability to impart knowledge and inspire others
?Customer relationship experience, working in close partnership with key stakeholders including customers, distributors, importers, internal functions and suppliers.
?Experience in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial.
?With some year of practical experience as preferable
?Knowledge in commercial field and with business experience is a plus
?Sufficient oral English and be able to read and write
