JOB OBJECTIVES:
To provide technical support on Styrenic business development in South China and Hong Kong

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)To develop and improve existing product in terms of performance, quality and cost, and introduce them to customers
2)To provide fast and best possible technical service to the customers
3)To follow up on customer complaints in a fast, efficient, and professional manner and assist customers in their problem solving in the best possible manner
4)To collect marketing information, develop new customers, and coordinate closely with sales to achieve sales target
5)To promote the establishment of long term customer relationship to ensure a profitable customer base
6)To prepare and keep documentation of all technical activities, finish all work according to quality system requirements
7)To ensure that local regulations are observed within the company
8)To coordinate closely with internal to ensure that consistent quality batches are produced in a timely manner


REQUIREMENTS:

1)Bachelor degree in Polymer Science or chemical is preferred
2)At least 3 years technical service experience in the field of Styrenics (Plastic Injection Molding is a plus)
3)Customer oriented with proactive and positive attitude
4)Good personality and interpersonal communication skill
5)Proficiency in both written and spoken English
6)Good computer operation skill
