Responsibilities:
1.Achieve NSV and prescription target together with region leaders and their teams
2.Develop the Vet Pillar team capabilities for China through closely working with DC leaders and their teams.
3.Develop business strategy in Vet for China
4.Define the right price strategy
5.Develop and deploy national level promotion in Vet channel
6.Define role of Vet in the model: prescription
7.Share value with vets and build impact KOL in vet channel
8.Develop distribution and merchandizing strategies and deploy in region teams
9.Develop appropriate relationships at client level to penetrate and influence their organization and processes.
10.Develop internal and external training programs for all field sales forces

Requirements:
1.University degree in Vet, nutrition or medicine
2.Strong experience in sales execution and strategy development
3.A good team leader as well as team player
4.Strong communication skill both in English and Chinese
