KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责

The incumbent is accountable for performing the DCS (Data Communication System) R&D work correctly, within cost and schedule limits, as defined in approved work packages. The DCS System Design Engineer typically works with a team of engineers to evaluate the new requirement from customer, then develop and define the new DCS requirements and perform the development of the DCS subsystem correctly.

Collect the Customer new DCS requirements and performing feasibility analyses, and technical trade-off studies evaluating alternative design configurations and functional features;

Converts the Customer new DCS requirements into conceptual designs

Prepares new DCS subsystem requirement specifications, interface requirements and test requirement documents by analysing, decomposing modelling and refining customer requirements and typical train control domain requirements

Prepares and supports preparation of R&D proposals based on knowledge of DCS technology, customer requirements and backed by analysis, simulation and trade-off of key design driving requirements

Performs simulations to identify new DCS design feasibility & driving requirements.

Performs the testing and performance analysis to further optimize the new DCS design

Deploy the new DCS design correctly in the project.

Presents technical design proposals and reports to customers and/or other engineering/management groups in clear, complete, concise and non-ambiguous terms

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 基本技能要求

B.Sc. Communication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
本科通信、电子信息工程、计算机等相关专业；

8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in applications and design of Data Communication System.
8-10年数据通信系统设计及应用经验；

Good technical English language writing skills, CET6 level
具备良好的英语能力，达到英语六级水平；

Good communication and analytical skills
具备良好的沟通能力和问题分析能力。

SPECIFIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 特定技能要求

Have the data communication network architecture R&D and communication product R&D background.
具有数据通信系统网络架构或通信产品研发背景

Familiar with the usage of the professional communication instruments and application software
熟悉使用专业的通信测试仪表及相关应用软件

Have the rich experience with the network planning, networking design for data communication system.
有丰富的数据通信网络规划及设计经验

Familiar of TCP/IP knowledge
熟悉TCP/IP协议

Familiar with LAN/WLAN knowledge
熟悉局域网/无线局域网相关知识

Familiar with the configuration of the switch,route,firewall,AP,etc
熟练配置交换机、路由器、防火墙、AP等设备

Familiar with IPSec technology
熟悉IPSec相关知识

CCIE network certificate
具有CCIE证书
