Responsiblities:
Build up the strategic plan to manage IT investment for short term and long term.
Build or develop systems or applications to support organization growth and business requirements.
Maintain helpdesk support, including employee on-board and exit support, daily desktop support, ID management, etc. and train users on new software and hardware.
Manage IT operations, including IT assets purchase and custody, IT supplies purchase, network facility, telephone facility, etc.
Create and maintain in-house rules about information and system security, and set up IT SOPs.
Communicate and partner with global IT on deployment of projects or initiatives.

Qualifications:
IT background and 2-3 years of IT support and application management experience
University or above degree, major in IT related subjects
Fluent English in both speaking and writing
