Key Responsibilities:

· Support the day-to-day operations HR administration

· Ensure that daily operations are meeting staff expectations and in compliance to set regulatory, compliance, audit, risk and control and quality standards.

· Build strong working relationships with saff and identify process-improvements to deliver better customer service.

· Support all system enhancement projects and ad hoc initiatives related to process improvement.

· Support any other HR Admin assigned work or projects.

· Maintain accurate and updates operations manuals or procedure guides.

Job Requirement:

·HR Operations/Shared Service experience essential

·Advanced MS Excel skills and basic MS Work skills

·Fluent in Chinese for both written & verbal communications

·Good English for both written and verbal communications

·Excellent interpersonal skills

·Self motivated demonstrating good analytical skills

·Able to handle high volume of work & adapt to change

·Able to plan and manage own time

·Ability to work independently, multi-task, with minimum supervision

·Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail

·Understanding of Operational Risk, Risk and Control Self Assessment, Information Security, Continuity of Business and Records Management processes

·3-5 years HR working experiences preferred
