Managing the commercialization and product life cycle for unitary products with daily correspondence with filed sales.
1. Manage unitary products (Split DX ) and be responsible for planning, products, marketing and business model
2. Plan and execute commercialization plan (including literatures, presentation, sales tools and selection program etc.) for responsible products in working together with all related teams.
3. Participate in product Continuous Improvement including OEM projects
4. Manage the product lifecycle by closely working with sales, marketing, factory and engineering team
5. Monthly report the responsible products performance with required action plan to improve the performance
6. Define business models and dealer development plans and structure 1. 10 years+ experience in residential unitary industry at least, in functions including Marketing, Sales, or Engineering of Major Japanese or Chinese residential aircon manufacturers.
2. Good understanding on residential & light commercial split products, as well as technology and applications
3. Product Management skill residential & light commercial split products, good understanding of residential, chain stores, shops and shopping mall vertical market.
4. Knowledge and experience in channel management of this products preferred.
5. Project Management skill - able to pull resources from different teams ?§C preferred.
6. Strong communication and influence skill
7. Financial skill in good understanding on costing and pricing
8. Well organized and good in prioritization
9. Fluent English in Speaking and Writing
