Responsibilities:


? Responsible for product analysis and product development;
? Collect and know well the information of competitors and potential customers;
? To define product needs, capabilities, cost and proper strategy;
? To optimize product design ,prototype ,usage and provide operation guidance;
? Provide product application and technical support during commercial negotiations;
? Act as coordinator between manufacturing plants and customers;
? Technical contact between customers and Liebherr factory in Switzerland;
? Collect technical product requirements from customers and feedbacks to factory and consult to related issues;
? Organize customer audits, first article inspections and technical supervision of serial production;
? Support of sales organization at market surveys, exhibitions and after sales service;
? Other tasks assigned by superior.


Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree specializing in machinery engineering;
? Technical Knowledge in the field of hydraulic components eg. Axial piston motors and pumps as well as control valves / valve blocks and drive components like planetary gearboxes for different drives like slewing drives, rope winches and travel drives;
? At least 8 years working experience in a similar or related job function;
? Solid knowledge of hydromechanics, construction machinery or agricultural machinery;
? Fluent oral and written English language skills, good German skills is a plus
? Being very flexible for travelling;
? High competency in consulting;
? Being strong in communication and execution;
? Work independently , flexible and a good team player.
