Primary responsibilities:

- Sales Revenues/Budgets: Achieve or exceed objectives by actively selling to end users primarily via the telephone or electronic channels.

- Occasional travel may be required to visit customers in person. Develop a working knowledge of current and potential activities that may affect revenues.

- Utilize pre-call planning for increased effectiveness.

- Business/Markets: Maintain contact with existing customers as well as develop new customers in order to achieve or exceed sales objectives.

- Partner with other QIAGEN Sales Specialists for the purpose of lead sharing and revenue optimization.

- Customer Service: Develop a relationship with customers by keeping them aware of the organization's current policies and practices.

- Utilize the CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness and aid sales.

- Communication: Participate in meetings/communication channels to ensure effective communication across the organization and to customers.

- Data entry, CRM Data maintenance.

Position Requirements:

-Master Degree in Biotechnology or Biology.

-Min 1 year’s sales or research working experience.

-Proven sales record and achievements.

- Good voice and excellent communication skills.

- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills at all business levels in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to forecast business at assigned accounts.
