职位描述
1.Responsible for clean room market segment of HESF business, handling medium and small customers in central and northern China region.
2.Build up and maintain a good relationship with customers across varied functions.
3.Understand customer need and market trend deeply from a technical standpoint, and build up business strategy in a long term view.
4.Good internal communication with H&V APAC regional team, as well as global team. Be responsible for below key information collection and sharing:
- Regular and effective communications of customer needs and market trends
- Input for regional and global sales & market strategies
- Align, implement & manage local key accounts
- Monitoring competitors activities in the markets
- Keep customers’ doors open to HV.
5.Negotiating pricing and long term contracts with local accounts.
6.Responsible for developing and maintain a good rolling sales forecast and sales disciplines.
7.Builds, maintain long-term customer relationship which meet customer’s satisfaction, aligning with H&V business needs and core strategies
8.First level technical and quality support for new and existing customers and work with R&D and operation team.
9.Communicate accounts, markets, and territory strategies internally through regular using defined internal communication tools and sales disciplines.
