1. At least 3 years of working experience on sales in international logistic industry or related working experience, or at least 2 years of management experience as a supervisor,
2. Undergraduates or above,
3. Good command of listening, spoken and written English,
4. Being Honest, responsible and proactive, having organization, communication abilities and good social network, possessing professional international forwarder knowledge, knowing well about local freight forwarder marketing, being good at team work and leadership on developing and maintaining customers.

1. Carry out local sales management regulations,
2. Provide training on sales skills, build up a sales team.
3. Carry out customization sales strategies, take lead and give guidance on local sales activities.
4. Make plans on sales strategies to fulfill the targets effectively and create the maximum profit.
5. Carry out business plans, strategies; compete with competitors to maintain current clients proactively.
6. Provide guidance and plans to improve sales performance of the entire team.
7. Hold weekly sales meeting, check on sales’ activities, find out solutions to problems and improve communication efficiency.
8. Feedback and analyze marketing information proactively.
9. Monitoring customer credit limits.
10. Make sure the sales activities are falling in the rules, have the right to recommend, examine and evaluate on subordinates.
11. Assign the current customers, r/o customers inside of the sales team for tracing and maintaining.
12. Develop potential Target Accounts and find resources for supporting.
13. Emphasize the management of Sales Lead, coordinate with salesmen to contact and manage to get the target customer.
14. Take lead on the sales team to implement the fixed sales plans and working instructions effectively.
15. Review customers’ evaluation results periodically.
16. File and sum up each branch office’s data regularly and hand over to central China sales management department on time.
17. Control costs of sales’ selling activities effectively.
18. Arrange sales calls and sales daily work, practice sales managing work.
19. Work on other issues for company if needed.
