职位描述
Merchandising (market)
1.Develop merchandising design for company for both on-trade and off-trade for all company portfolio. Design will include both ready-to-use materials as well as tailor-made for specific customers/locations.
2.Develop usage guidelines for group marketing and sales team to follow up and execute.
3.Work with merchandising agency for on-going projects and review their performance on regular basis, and develop new agencies and suppliers to enhance creativity
4.Work through group with outlet owners/operators on agreement of locations, layouts, size etc for display and/or merchandising and/or promotions.
5.Ensure that all merchandising are in line with the brand’s positioning and guidelines via regular market visit
6.Work with design agency and company marketing manager to design and execute the merchandising for special trade and PR events
7.Regularly review competitive merchandising landscape
8.Regularly review art/design related exhibitions, displays, packaging etc and proposal creative ideas
Maison development
1.Develop and review merchandising of visitor center, retail store, VIP villas and office building.
2.Constantly review and update display materials and visuals at visitor center.
3.Constantly review and update display at retail store when new products or gift items are launched.
Creative works
1.Develop and review creative works by external agenices for brand communication materials such as visuals (product shots, maison photos), company introduction videos, brochures, POS materials, sales kits to ensure quality of the design meets our requirement.
Development gift items for retail store, trade gift for customers, service materials development.
1.University graduate, major in art or design as a must
2.Fluency in Chinese and preferable fluency in English
3.3-5 years commercial background
4.Experience in Advertising / Marketing / Media agencies or similar retail design experience with multinational FMCG/Luxury marketing organization
5.Good understanding of marketing and branding
6.Full understanding of POS opportunities, maximizing display space and visibility opportunities
7.Cost assessment : Opportunities vs. Costs
8.Good negotiation skills
9.Good planning skill
10.Good communication skills
11.Well organized
12.Inter-function coordination skills
