2. 开发华东区市场，管理区域/客户，维持和提高客户满意度；
3. 制定、执行销售计划并完成销售定额；
4. 参与所有销售及市场活动。日常的销售服务如：开发新客户，挖掘新机会，联系客户, 了解客户需求, 协调各种资源为客户提供最佳产品和解决方案，介绍并演示客户所需产品/方案，提供资料、报价，与客户谈判拟定并最终达成协议或签署合同,确保合同顺利执行并提供客户满意的售后服务等。

- Quickly learn and deeply understand Agilent's electronic measurement products, systems and services.
- Proactively identify new markets, customers and business opportunities in assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts in east China, meanwhile, make good territory/account management, develop customers' relationship and enhance customers' satisfaction.
- Plan, implement, and achieve sales quota.
- Participate in all sales activities and marketing events. Daily sales work like: develop new customer, find new opportunity, contact customer, identify customer's needs, provide/present Agilent's products/solutions to customer, provide quotation and make commercial negotiation to achieve agreement, sign and fulfill contract, ensure smooth delivery and provide satisfied post sales services.


1. 无线电技术、电子工程、通信工程、射频微波等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
2. 诚信正直，积极主动，有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
3. 良好英文听说读写能力和有关的技术水平与技巧。
4. 喜欢面对压力和挑战、创新、勤奋、结果导向。
5. 孰悉华东地区的电子工业和市场状况。

To perform the job, you need to have

- Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Communications or relevant.
- Integrity, self-motivated and proactive, sound communication skill, interpersonal skill and teamwork.
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Be able to work under pressure and take challenge, creative, hardworking and result-oriented.
- Have good understanding of electronics industry of East China region
