Job Description
Background
VDL Enabling Technologies Group of Suzhou operates in the business of system integration of mechatronic (sub)systems and modules for OEMs in the high-tech capital equipment industry and in the area of production mechanisation. As a system supplier, we cover the value chain from (co-)engineering through parts production to assembly and testing. In house production technologies include; machining, precision grinding, sheet metal working, laser cutting, mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, product certification and onsite installation. VDL ETG Suzhou operates along certified quality management systems, including ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation.
Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Direct Superior: General Manager
The Number of Junior:4
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for all human resources functions, consisting of amongst others compensation and benefits, recruitment, employees organization entry and exit, HR related policies, training and ensurance of compliance with PRC labor laws and regulations.
2. Develop, review and implement HR policies and plans according to company short, medium and long term business goals.
3. Establish fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefit policies aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
4. Localize or create HR policies and procedures to meet local legal requirements and local business goals and needs.
5. Establish/reinforce HR policies/procedures such as attendance, annual leave, requisition etc.
6. Roll out annual performance appraisal project, Management by Objectives program and conduct salary review based on the result along with department managers.
7. Assist development and roll out of wage, incentive and benefit programs in China to maximize the cost effectiveness and competitiveness of benefit plans offered.
8. Conduct regular reviews/studies of the labor market, wage trends and changes in labor legislation and make appropriate recommendations.
9. To develop and implement appropriate company human resources strategy on talents development and talents succession to support business development needs.
10. Other roles and responsibilities assigned by direct leader.
Requirement:
1. bachelor degree, MBA is an advantage
2. talent English communication and interpersonal skills
3. over 10 years in recruitment/staffing area with a nation-wide organization
4. experience in supporting R&D, manufacture and sales in the manufacture industry is an asset
5. quick learner and ability to work under pressure
6. excellent command of both Chinese and English languages
7. excellent skill in coordinating the relationship with employees
