Back Ground
This manufacturing group is famous with the production of windscreen wiper. It is one of the most large-scale enterprises which provide windscreen wiper to almost every automotive manufacturing enterprise.
In 2005, the first subsidiaries of this group has been set up in Su Zhou(SIP) China. Now, the subsidiaries in Su Zhou have developed to the largest scare in Asian area. This company always implements excellent brand awareness and has built a good relationship with customers. Hence, this enterprise also shares a considerable marketing part in China.
Job Position Quality Manager
Job Summary Primary responsibilities will include the ongoing development of all Business quality systems, customer liaison, operational support to engineering and manufacturing functions and departmental management. Driving the operation review, management review, internal audit, TS16949 implement throughout the organization to realize quality continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
A. Establishing, Driving and Maintaining ISO/TS16949 system running. well understand of the requirements of ISO/TS16949
B. Promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization, make sure the customer requirements fully understanding throughout Suzhou team and 100% implemented
C. Drive the activities of Business Operation Review meeting, Management Review meeting, Internal Audit, Product Audit and Process Audit in the organization to realize continuously improvement
D. Supervises and training QA team to solve quality issues, maintain and implements QA procedures, and fulfill customer’s requirements
E. Make sure the system is running for investigating and following-up products quality issues, which the issues happening in house or happening in customer side
F. Initiates, evaluates and documents trials on products quality improvement, studies and improves techniques to improve quality and reliability
G. Develop subordinates
H. Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards
I. Any other tasks assigned by Superior
