Looking for a production manager for a US company in suzhou
Job description:
1.Supervises the daily activities of the Production Supervisors.
2.Analyzes product/process problems and develop solutions to the problems.
3.Meets with other managers to develop long and short-range plans, programs, and production objectives.
4.Lead lean manufacturing to build up and continuous improve production system
5.Assists in the development and implementation of Manufacturing Executions Systems (MES) to support production.
Job requirement:
at least 10 years of related Production management experience especially in capacitor industry.
Deep understanding and rich field experience in lean manufacturing is necessary.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Oracle experience preferred.
