requirements要求:
Lean tools using expert.
Manage and lead lean projects.
5+ years related engineering experience.
Training in lean and six-sigma tools.
certain certifications related to lean management needed.

responsibilities职责:
continuous improvement and elimination of waste journey.
Fully comply with all GMP, Regulatory and Product Quality requirements.
Design, develop and implement the work plans.
lead the cross teams.
Support the organization in achieving the business goals and continues improvement objectives.
Work Place overall layout design.
Support process optimization activities, such as OEE improvement.
Analyze the overall equipment capacity.
Recruit, train, coach, mentor and develop the team.
Create a positive, team oriented and engaging work environment.
