requirements要求：
1. Fluent in English 英语流利。
2. Automative industry preferred 汽车行业优先。
3. bachelor degree 本科学历以上。
4. Skilled in assembling and stamping preferred 懂组装、冲压工艺者优先。


responsibilities职责：
1. Manage products engineering and manufacture engineering team.
2. Define and recommends overall engineering strategy and objectives, thus make sure the unit achieves its overall business objectives.
3. Working as the link between customers and the internal engineering team. Understand clients needs and work closely with internal engineering group.
4. Lead manufacturing process to ensure on time and on budget delivering of products by providing engineering expertise.
5. Build and design OEM applications.
6. Junior managers and superviors management and training.
