它在美国、印度和中国有很多工厂和分支,在苏州的这家工厂负责了它在中国地区的全部业务。
现在它在找寻一名全国销售经理,负责整机设备的销售,这些设备的客户主要是化妆品或者食品工厂。
requirements要求:
1. Degree in Engineering related, either in Electrical or Mechanical is a plus
2. Must have good sales experience of at least more than 7 years in B2B Equipment sales business
3. A good knowledge in Laminated tube machine users OR network in Toothpaste, Cosmetics industry is a plus but not a must
4. Frequent travels in China with occasion travel to Europe for training and meetings will be required
responsibilities职责:
1. Prospect customers, make sales pitch, help in quotation draft, negotiate and close sales of machines with customers in Laminated and Plastic tube used in Toothpastes, Cosmetics, Industrial usage and Food Industry.
2. Work closely with respective team members and cooperate in formulating business and sales strategy in China and take responsibility for its implementation and control.
3. Achieve sales budget / yearly target.
4. Build up pervasive relationship not only with the key decision makers but also through all levels of the organization.
5. Tightly manage receivables to improve profitability of business.
6. Collect market intelligence in the region.
7. Assist or lead related marketing campaign in the region.
8. Assist or lead new business development initiatives in the region.
9. Lead to ensure a good customer satisfaction level with customers in China.
