Main Responsibilities

？ Responsible for the defined Pharma customers and projects in China region.
？ Develop Phrama budget and sales forecasts.
？ Achieve sales, pricing and margins as worked out in the budget, forecast and in project plans.
？ Manage order-intake, receivables with defined customers
？ Promote new product &technical service solutions at both new and existing customers
？ Up to date on customer specific volume, service level, projects, quality requirements, customer satisfaction level, and competitive environment
？ Optimize total cost to serve defined customers.


Job Qualification

？ Bachelor degree in Technical or Business field
？ 8+ years Sales experience in Pharma or medical fields
？ Proactive thinking and acting
？ Good command of both Chinese and English
？ Good communication and problem solving skill
？ Honest, trustworthy, be able to work under pressure and cooperative
？ Open for new approaches, solutions and innovation
