Customer Profiling Specialist

Reporting to: Customer Profiling Team Leader

Position Scope/Objective:

This position will heavily participate in team effort to collect and profile our customers in an attempt to improve the reach & penetration rate of our marketing message by e-mail.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify all possible information sources from which customers' profile information can be obtained.

2. Evaluate the amount / degree of information content of each possible source and suggest priority

3. Develop the process map and start information collection in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner, using the in-house standard templates

4. Invite potential customers to participate in our membership program / email subscription. Collect customers' information and profile them based on their research interests

5. Join team effort on regular data filtering to remove redundant data from database

6. Collect intelligence from sales / technical account managers if our e-mailing capability is blocked or suspended at customers' sites

7. Analyse the reason and reach reconciliation with customers, their IT administrator, or third party E-mail server host.

Education/Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in life sciences, English or business related discipline

2. Excellent language skill, spoken and written, in Chinese and English (can directly communicate with customers in spoken English)

3. Strong self-learning skill

4. Analytical, patient, and strong willingness to learn

5. Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Offices

6. Proactive problem solver and team players
