Position: Director/Associate Director/Assistant Director, Antibody Engineering

Responsibilities:

GenScript is a leading biology contract research organization in the world. As the leader of the Antibody Engineering Department, the incumbent is responsible for setting directions of the department, designing routes to win competitions, making strategies for sustainable development for the department, establishing needed technology platforms, ensuring smooth operations of the department and participating in marketing and business activities.

Qualifications:

1.A Ph. D. degree in life science or a related field and at least 3 years of postdoctoral training

2.5 years experience of the antibody industry with emphasis on isolation, improvement and production of antibody and protein therapeutics

3.Hand-on experience and skilled use of phage display or other display technologies

4.Experience in related technologies including library construction, affinity engineering and antibody production

5.Strong leadership, excels in a collaborative working environment, good inter-personal and managerial skills and strong oral and written communication abilities

6.Experience in structure biology and broad business connection are preferred
