职位描述
·
Work Place: Quartered in Cyprus.
·
Assist in the
development of a sales/marketing strategy and plan for China, ensuring
achievement of sales and profitability targets.
·
Assist in
identifying new opportunities and sales segments in China.
·
Attend sales
meetings and assist other departments with Chinese customers.
·
Handle clients
in a professional manner.
·
To identify new
marketing channels and other segments of promotion in China.
·
Assist in the development
of the companies’ Chinese web site.
·
Keep up to date
with the product and developments.
·
Lead generation
and follow ups consistently. Schedule appointments, calls and meeting with
potential buyers or associates.
·
To work closely
with other colleagues, to ensure that the services offered to Chinese customer
are met or exceeded.
·
Assist colleagues
in translation from English to Chinese.
·
Assisting in Preparation
of monthly sales and marketing suggestions, for the Chinese market, including
details of competitor activity and Customer visitation reports.
·
Preparation of
quotations, proposal presentations, service offers and responses to customer
enquiries.
·
Compliance with
all company policies, procedures, and code of ethics and ensures that they are
implemented
·
Assist the Marketing
director and the Operations team in a wide variety of tasks to enable them to
increase the capacity and effectiveness in the overall marketing activities in the
Chinese Market.
·
Assist marketing,
administrations and provide general assistance/administrative support to
clients.
·
Assist in
identifying various organizations in China that the company will benefit if to become
a member.
·
Keep well-informed
of future conferences, exhibitions, trade shows etc in the territory of China.
·
Keep accurate
log of all clients’ visits, reports and general information to assist in
effective marketing.
·
Other duties as
defined by the Line Manager, commensurate with the role.

Good knowledge
in working on computers. (Word, Internet, excel, Power point, Chinese social
programs)

At least 3 years
of experience in the sales and marketing fields.
·
Passionate about
developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
·
Significant
local and some overseas travel will be required.
·
Proven
leadership and ability to work under pressure and long hours when needed.
·
Good written and
oral English and Chinese.
·
Cooperative,
positive and flexible.
·
Clean driving
license is a must.
·
Education
To have at least
a University or Collage Diploma in business related fields such as marketing,
sales and or communications.
Remuneration
The successful candidate will
receive a gross salary of 1200 Euro per month (12 months) including accommodation.
In addition will receive further bonus on meeting sales targets, as well as a
return flight ticket to its home country once a year.
