岗位职责：
1、负责执行公司IT战略规划的实施；2、有效协调沟通业务、职能部门，提供IT技术服务支持，协调各部门并推进信息化等及IT其他相关工作的开展；3、负责统筹酒店连锁信息系统的立项、调研、选型、上线及其他项目管理工作；4、负责建立、完善公司IT工作相关流程制度，组织架构及团队管理，制定技术人员的培训计划，并组织安排公司其他相关人员的技术培训。5、维护各软硬件系统的良好运行。

任职资格：
1、本科计算机专业以上学历，年龄30岁以上；
2、至少拥有5年以上IT行业管理经验，熟练应用Java or .net语言；
3、熟悉ERP，CRM，B2B，B2C等业务系统运作，了解IT新技术新动向；
4、熟悉网络、硬件平台；
4、3年以上大中型集团化企业同类职务管理经验，带领过5－10人的团队且有较为复杂大型信息化系统的实施管理经验,有酒店行业经验优先；
5、性格外向，活波，热情，稳重，严谨，具有创新意识；
6、具备较高的职业道德素养；对工作要有高度的工作热情和责任感。
