KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责

- Analyze and challenge existing business structures and procedures in operations; identify weak points, propose solutions; discuss with operations management and implement improvements

- Develop and optimize site reporting and overall KPI system for operations Nanjing and Wuxi; comment the monthly development in operations, point out critical developments

- Initiate and develop measures to increase productivity and profitability for operations/divisions

- Ensure an effective cost management; identify, address and realize cost saving potentials

- Maintain an efficient cost center structure along with a transparent cost allocation system for all on-site functions

- Assure high data quality and accuracy in coordination with on-site functions and local accounting
incl. variance analysis of process orders, product costing and cost center accounting

- Set up and maintain Transfer price according to Wacker guidelines

- Enhance WOS (Wacker Operating Systems) for Nanjing and Wuxi plants in line with Wacker global standards

- Coordinate with other functional departments, supply chain management, plant management, Divisional Controlling and project team in daily operations

- Coordinate site operations BP1/BP5 budgeting procedure for all on-site functions (Production, Admin, EHSS, Engineering, …)

- Conduct training to all site functions for Controlling topics

- Support the Wacker internal and external audit and quarterly review

- Ensure the maintenance and further development of Site Controlling relevant SAP systems in SAP CO

- Support Manager Controlling Operations, Divisional Controller and Plant/Site Managers with business analysis and Controlling related decision making and other ad hoc tasks

QUALIFICATION/条件

- Study of economics or similar; University degree or above

- minimum 5 years Controlling experience in a multinational company with focus on operations

- deep understanding of commercial context and business needs and related risks

- fluent in Chinese and English (reading and writing);
German knowledge helpful but not mandatory

- familiar with SAP/CO and MS Office/Outlook

- good communication and negotiation skills

- proactive, self-disciplined and highly self-motivated

- able to work closely with local/global management

- able to challenge existing structures / procedures; persistent in change management

- willing to take challenges and new tasks; able to work under high pressure

- ready to locate to Nanjing and willing to travel other production sites (Wuxi, Shanghai and Germany)
