职位描述
1. Lead cross functional team and use all IE methods to
a) Identify opportunities around manufacturing process and use IE tools to manage OEE & Eng lose data collection and analysis
b) Analysis and improve plant layout and material flow, concerning safety/quality/productivity
2. Cooperate with NPI team to follow the whole process of new prod lead in
3. Maintain the capacity analysis tool and continue improve the tool based on business needs.
4. Responsible for build plan capacity support plan analysis and identify improvement opportunities. Work with production/engineering teams to provide a better support to customer with cost effective solutions.
5. Set up new products route and maintain the BOM in Oracle system.
