职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Being responsible with 100% ownership for covering, distributing products and services to existing and prospective customers (pet store owners, pet clinic owners or breeders)in the assigned territory by leveraging and managing distributor’s resource.
2.Achieving target NSV and related KPIs of covered stores by managing, training, and coaching the sales team in the assigned territory.
3.Establishing a "partner" relationship with the distributor for a long term, healthy, supportive, and profitable "interdependency"
4.Analyzing the territory’s potential and developing prospective customers to meet the target of store coverage rate, distribution rate and active store rate.
5.Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationship with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
6.Managing the supply chain of the distributor to ensure timely delivery of product to the stores.
7.Helping distributor to build up and manage distribution channel in the assigned territory and to accelerate the commodity circulation by well managing the inventory and stock.
8.Providing support on merchandising and promotion to distributor; Helping distributor to increase asset turnover rate and profitability.
9.Being responsible for distributor’s after-service; Helping distributor to address the customer problems and complaints by cooperating with related departments (Customer Service, logistics, etc) to protect distributor’s interests.
10.Managing the ordering of distributor to avoid any delayed delivery.
11.Managing the settlement to avoid any settlement risk for the distributor and to avoid distributor to take advantage of the settlement convenience to make any market disturbance.
12.Training and educating the distributor about brand vision and product knowledge. Reinforcing the loyalty and recognition of the distributor to the brand vision, company value and products.
13.Coordinating the relationship between the distributors in the assigned territory. Helping to address any emergency like pricing war, Cuanhuo, product slackening by cooperating, negotiating and leveraging headquarter resource to achieve Win-Win situation.

1.At least 5 years sales experience in relative industry: FMCG,Nutrition,Bady food, pet food, consumer goods, or food&beverage etc.
2.Expert in distribution sales&management
3.Bachelor degree in relative major.
4.Good English skill will be a plus.
5.Self-disipline, be able to work under high pressure.
