Responsibility 工作职责：


？ Responsible for the new product development, and lead the project team to realize the product at reasonable Q/C/T.

？ Make and stick to the time schedule.

？ Audit and improve the work of developing phase.

？ Trace and audit each milestone.

？ Assign and coordinate the task to the members of the team.

？ Handle the customer requirements and complaints.

Qualifications岗位要求：

？ Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, major in Design or plastics technology

？ At least 5 years working experince in Project Management.

？ Good Communication skill and leadership.

？ Experince in (complex)mechatronics products and automotive knowhow.

？ Knowledge in Design systematic.

？ Proficient English both in spoken and written (German is preferred )

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
