Responsibility 工作职责：
？ 根据客户RFQ，对前期质量策划费用进行报价；
？ Give APQP quotation according to RFQ;
？ 确认客户标准及实验细则；
？ Confirm the standards and testing details with customer;
？ 实验支架和检具的技术要去提出及最终验收；
？ Make testing support and cubing technical requirements and their final acceptance;
？ 分阶段进行控制计划的制作、更新及发布；
？ Create, improve and issue control plan in each stage;
？ 参与DFMEA 和 PFMEA的制作；
？ Involve in the DFMEA and PFMEA creation;
？ DV 和 PV 实验计划的制定、客户认可，以及实验的跟踪和确认；
？ Produce plans and get the customer approval of the DV and PV testing, follow up the testing till it’s approval;
？ 过程能力和测量系统的分析；
？ Analyze the process capability and the measurement system;
？ PPAP Package 的准备和最终认可；
？ Prepare the PPAP Package, and get its approval;
Qualifications岗位要求：
？ 工科背景，本科学历；2年及以上工作经验；
？ Bachelor degree or above with major in engineering and science; Two years working experience;
？ 熟悉使用Office 软件；
？ Familiar with Office software;
？ 有较好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
？ Good communication skills and an excellent team-worker;
？ 有外企及汽车行业经验，熟悉组装或注塑工艺者优先；
？ Working background in Foreign enterprises or automobile industry, and familiar with assemble process and plastic injection will be a plus;
？ 熟悉 TS16949 , APQP , PPAP , MSA , SPC , FMEA 等质量工具；
？ Familiar with TS16949 , APQP , PPAP , MSA , SPC , FMEA and other quality tools;
？ 英语听说写熟练，懂德语者优先；
？ Excellent English skills, and German language will be a plus;

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
