Job description
1)design & develop automotive body electronic hardware modules;
2)create HW module specification per customer and system requirements;
3)develop hardware architecture with existing development standards and design guidelines; 4)design & work out electronic circuit with development tools;
5)analyse, simulate and optimize electronic cuircuit according to existing HW architecture;
6)define material and components with consideration of economic, qualitative and technological aspects in a project group;
7) create HW related documents per hardware development process (like BOM, circuit diagram, WCCPA, FMEA);
8)Perform defined hardware development reviews through the full hardware development process and release documents;
9) Support acquisitions for technical discussions;
10) regular exchange with other hardware development centers to support a global organizational structure.
Necessary requirements
1)good understand and experienced with hardware development process;
2)strong background & knowledge on electronic engineering,basic automotive background is needed, stand alone working sprit from beginning requirements to end customer return analysis (whole products life cycle).
3)master to use HW development tools (such as Cadence, MathCAD,ICAPS,oscillograph)
4)bachelor with more than 7 years experience or above with more than 5 years experience,majored in electronic engineering or related;
5)be familiar with HW module testing standards (automotive level related)
6)good communication skill, capability to coordinate development activities of each location 7)fluent in English ,BCM & RF experience preferred;Additional requirements

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
