岗位职责:
1、协助总经理处理公司内部管理事务及对外公共关系（如政府、客户等）；
2、协助总经理制定年度经营计划以及各阶段工作目标分解，提供分析意见及改进建议；
3、协助总经理进行市场开拓及项目洽谈工作；
4、负责接听、处理副总经理日常电话及信函，并分类归档、存档；
5、按照领导的指示和安排，对重点任务进行追踪督办；
6、掌握领导的国内外行程并做好预约工作，安排或陪伴商务出差；
7、协助总经理进行相关项目开发及管理工作；
8、完成总经理交办的其他临时性的工作。

任职资格:
1、要求本科教育必须毕业于综合排名前十名的211院校，如清华、浙大、同济、中科大等，本科阶段必须为全日制；
2、专业: 金融、投资、信息技术、市场营销专业毕业；
3、英语听、说、读、写精通，专业八级或有海外留学背景优先；
4、1年以上相关工作经验，有金融、投资、信息技术、市场营销经验的优先考虑
5、熟练的办公软件操作能力；
6、较强沟通应变能力、诚实、正直、愿意遵循企业的道德规范、具有良好的职业道德和团队精神、具有很强的责任心，并能向其他成员传承、具有很强的职业追求，并愿意为之付出努力。
7、能力要求： 有相关项目管理经验的优先考虑、会开车。
