职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Lead and manage the IT function (with support provided from local management and Regional IT)
2.Documentation and establishment of IT policies, procedures and standards in conjunction with Regional IT and local management to ensure a secure and legal compliance computing system environment.
3.Manage all outsourced relationships and contractual service level agreements.
4.Coordinate with system vendors and internal clients in areas of internet connection, IT security, software/hardware purchase & its warranty and the deployment of system applications
5.Work with Regional IT to provide IT solutions to local business problems.
6.Identify requirements of the local organization, analyze and provide IT support to all business units.
7.Project manage the implementation of all mandated regional IT projects at the country level with prioritization and schedule agreed by the management.
8.Adhere to company policies in the purchase and use of IT equipment, assets and outsourcing services
9.Support Regional IT in providing redundancy and business continuity computing environment for IT systems, operations, communication and data systems
10.Ensure that technology standards in infrastructure and software development within the company is compliant with Regional IT standards.
11.Support Regional IT in providing a road-map for the migration of local systems (if any) to the regional data center.
12.Support Regional IT by collaborating with other IT professionals or regional vendors on various subject matters to build IT competency within the region
13.Budget and track all IT expenses with monthly reporting to Regional IT
14.Provide IT support to internal users, paying special attention to the users of Field Force applications
Profile:
1.Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, engineering or related disciplines with minimum 5-8 years IT experience preferably with prior working experience with an MNC.
2.Working experience in managing IT operations or departments
3.Hands-on experience in virtualization, designing, building and maintaining network infrastructure with WAN/LAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN and remote access service features
4.Hands-on experience in managing the software development life-cycle of software projects.
5.Proficient in the administration of Microsoft Windows Network, Microsoft Exchange 2010 and MS-SQL database servers.
6.Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills
7.Strong project management and priority management skills
8.Mature, honest and a sense of integrity
9.Result-oriented with capability to drive, and work independently, efficiently and innovatively
10.High technology conscious, self motivating and detail-minded
11.Fluent in both written and spoken English
12.Business travel may be required.
