Our client is world famous company in Oil industry, Now in Wuhan, we need to find a good candidate in Sales funtion and to help business development of Middle East China market, Thanks
REPORT TO: B2B Sales GM
JOB PURPOSE:
? To manage and coach a team to retain and maximize margin for new and existing customers allocated to the Sales Team via developing and managing a group B2B distributors.
? Ensuring a sustainable network and distributor competency for future growth.
? Motivate and coach team members to exceed expectation in business goals and competency objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Lead and manage an team to achieve the sales target and sales KPIs.
? Agree, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets for both new and existing customers and be accountable for the overall team performance. (e.g. margin, unit margin, volume, proceed, DSO growth, market share)
? Coach and provide regular performance feedback to team members and conduct/facilitate the performance management process base on agreed sales expectation in GPA; Set, monitor and act upon Key Sales Indicators to motivate and manage staff in prospecting and existing accounts;
? Ensure and develop a solid Distributor Network for sustainable growth against competitor via DVP program delivery by team; and continually conduct risk management through distributor pipeline build up;
? Have clear marketing strategy aligned with central marketing strategy and local business environment;
? Close monitor the key competitor’s activities and take quick response for that with team; support/help to set top priorities in their market;
? Be accountable for personal and team development and arrange appropriate training and coaching to achieve agreed development goals and improve competencies as well as exceed business goals;
? Develop and maintain good working relationships and contacts at the appropriate levels with the Service Providers to assist s to resolve complex issues across functions.
? Ensure that team and self, work within agreed authority levels with credit management, pricing and debt to ensure that there is minimum risk to the Company.
? Ensure Sales team record all customer interactions and that they are accurately captured in the appropriate systems.
? Cost management;
? Ensure subordinates act within strict HSSE and SGBP guidelines leading by example;
KEY/SPECIALCHALLENGES:
? Based in remote office, need to frequently engage with internal stakeholders to drive resources to support his team personal professional growth and also achieve the sales target.
? Lead a young and diversified sales team, need strong influencial and managerial skills for sales performance management and team spirit build up.
? Bachelor degree, with sales working experience at least 8 years
? With excellent team management skill
? Good communication
