1、精通Web编程，二年以上使用Java语言进行web开发的经验，熟悉html,js
2、精通Java EE技术， 包括Servlet/JSP、JDBC、EJB、JMS、Web Service等，对各种开源的软件如Spring、Struts、Tomcat等有深入的了解；
3、精通面向对象的分析和设计技术，包括设计模式、UML建模等；
4、精通数据库，以及有用户行为分析方面的能力和经验者优先；
5、有良好的软件工程知识和质量意识；
6、热爱程序员工作，学习能力强，踏实肯干，良好的沟通节能，团队合作能力，主动积极。
工作地点：杭州西湖区文三路附近
