Job Responsibility:
？ Financial Accounting
？ Providing directions to the accounting and finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data and management reports
？ Ensures the company financial statements are in accordance with company policies and US GAAP
？ Provide support to Finance Director in reviewing and understanding financial data as well as developing improvement measures
？ Monitor the progress of account reconciliations performed by entity finance team;
？ Establish and optimize systems and procedures regarding financial reporting and business controlling
？ Internal Control – manufacturing focus
？ Establish and ensure internal control system and procedures in place and effective for manufacturing operations
？ Ensure companywide policies and standard operating procedures are properly understood by relevant personnel within the entity and ensure their compliance
？ Develop testing procedure and perform the test in accordance with SOX requirement
？ Ensure all control issues are timely recorded, appropriately and timely resolved
？ Ensure standard costing system runs smoothly and effectively and significant manufacturing variances are timely addressed and resolved
？ Ensure the accuracy of inventory reporting, especially WIP inventory.
？ Organize and lead the annual physical inventory count and manage cycle counting process as appropriate
？ Tax matter
？ Lead US tax reporting process (FAS109)
？ Work with Tax team on various tax matters like HNTE

Qualification:
？ Bachelor degree in finance and/or accounting or above
？ CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred, familiar with China GAAP and US GAAP;
？ Above 5 years working experience in big sized MNC with at least 3 years of managerial experience
？ Detail oriented, hands-on working style and can work under stressful work environment
？ Internal audit / internal controls experience preferred
？ Good communication skill, fluent English
